@DFenn_588 (Sunbelt Rentals Inc.)! Gotcha! So system generated annotations will not be supported anymore.

How to find System Annotations in MyGeotab SDK

Hello @CHell-8278! You would use the AnnotationLog entity. Please see a sample call below:
api.call("Get", {
"typeName": "AnnotationLog",
"search": {
"UserSearch": {"id":"bD8"},
"fromDate": "2023-06-01",
"toDate": "2023-09-4",

},
}, function (result) {
console.log("Done: ", result);
}, function (e) {
console.error("Failed:", e);
});

Intermittent "incorrect login credentials" using API

Hello @OSeid-1745! I hope all is well. I am going expand little further here assuming you are just starting with Geotab API's. I would recommend starting with the SDK concepts page. After that, head over to the reference page to review list of supported entities and methods (note: Methods are listed first). We also have language specific API clients that roll-up some common functionality such as authentication, session management, deserialization, etc. making it easier to hit the ground running in your language of choice. You can also effortlessly get started quickly with our SDK Runner, an online JavaScript wrapper built with ReactJS. You can test the pre-built sample API calls or write your own. For example, there is an example in the SDK Runner that shows how to fetch duty status availability by driver.

how to get hos availability from geotab api?

I have requested a meeting to briefed on this and will continue to keep posted if plans change.

ReportTripsSummary through API

You are correct, the typical Lifecyle events for page add-in do not apply to tab add-ins. You need to provide only one function that is called when everything is ready, pass an element where you can render anything you want and a few services that you can use to communicate with MyG. We are currently working on documentation for tab add-ins. Just note that tab add-ins behave exactly like the MAP Panel add-in, that is, it loads with the page. Please see the example below:
// Config
