Issues getting certain fields though Geotab api

I am trying to capture plow status data (deployed/not deployed) from the following fields:
DiagnosticAnalogAux1Id (PrimaryPlowFlag)
DiagnosticAnalogAux2Id (SecondaryPlowFlag)

but am not seeing any data even when I know that there should be. I have also looked at the "Plow Active" fields and still couldn't see any data.

Any advice or suggestions are welcome.

Which hardware is connected to your GO-device that is supposed to provide these readings? The hardware will determine which diagnostics you'd expect to get.
