Customer is looking for a report that will show him what vehicles have the largest gap in speed driven versus the posted speed limit. I know Speed Profile does this, but I can only see 1 unit at a time. Client wants a Dashboard report to see the top 10 worst offenders.

You can create a rule for the speed limit over X over PSL and duration they want. That way it will create an event that you can create a report and graphic from the Exceptions detail report.
If you want to go back in time reprocess the new rule for all vehicles.
