The dropdown menu with options like "dispatch vehicle here, nearest, find address" will either not show up or flash briefly on the screen when clicking on most roads. It seems to disappear when the hover text shows up with the name of the road and speed limit. The menu shows up when clicking on areas that are not near a road and on a specific trip.

Thank you for asking your question in our community. This sounds like a bug and would probably be best to report the issue to support so they can look into your specific database and replicate the issue to get to the bottom of it.
