Have you received them in the past? I believe location coordinates will only reflect in the database

You could make it available some, one or all. If you ware having the driver put into personal mode through the app. Or you do it through the UI. So you can select it.

Geotab device disappeared after a successful swap and road test.

@Miquel Àngel Simonet​  Does the sweeper have a main on / off switch controlled by the driver? If not you may have to use the AUX in a different way like door sensor would work. Tying it directly to the sweeper itself magnet together off, separated or sweeper down is on.

But you can filter on the reports page to the reports that are tied to email or dashboard so you are not looking for the "needle in the hay stack"
