Hello <a href="/user/cristian-garza-4486" data-id="4486" data-value="CristianGarza-4486" data-denotation-char="@" class="text-decoration-none mention">@CristianGarza-4486</a>​, The 'Log data buffer overrun' fault indicates that the local memory of the telematics device is full while it is pending to reconnect to the servers and transmit this data. When the buffer memory is full, it will wrap and potentially overwrite existing data.  There are a number of possible causes for this fault, such as excessive logging by the telematics device, an issue with the middleware if there is an onboard telematics integration, an issue on the vehicle end etc. I recommend creating a support ticket so that we can determine the exact cause of the fault for these two devices. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Regards,Sheikh Uddin
