We have updated the way the system generates reference numbers for work orders to improve organization and tracking.

Previously, reference numbers were generated sequentially (eg: 001, 002, 003, 004), with the ability to edit any number as you see fit.

Reference numbers are now automatically generated based on the exact timestamp of creation. This improves upon the previous sequential method, preventing duplicates that occurred when numbers were manually changed.

Note: The system automatically validates uniqueness, while still allowing you to edit reference numbers manually if needed.
