Instead of waiting for a database-wide migration or submitting an IT support ticket, individual users can now switch to Unified Login directly from their profile page in under a minute. Once migrated, you sign in once to move seamlessly across MyGeotab, MyAdmin®, and the Geotab Marketplace.

Managing separate credentials for multiple databases and platform tools creates unnecessary operational friction and increases password-reset support requests. Unified Login establishes a secure, single identity while unlocking advanced platform capabilities like the MyGeotab MCP Connector, which connects live fleet data to generative AI tools. For resellers, encouraging clients to migrate deepens platform integration and streamlines user access management across every connected account.

Migration completes instantly with zero disruption to your existing workflows, integrations, or API credentials. System administrators can also enable Unified Login for individual users directly from the user management page.

To switch to Unified Login:

• Navigate to your profile page inside MyGeotab.
• Click Enable Unified Login.
• Confirm your password and follow the prompt to verify your email address if required.
