Pre-configured insights for immediate action
We officially released our enhanced exception reporting experience to General Availability in MyGeotab®. Instead of building custom reports from scratch, you can now access pre-populated dashboards with dynamic visualizations the moment you open the page.
Why it matters

Managing fleet risk requires moving from passive data collection to proactive coaching. Standardized charts and pre-built safety views eliminate manual report configuration, saving your team administrative hours each week.

  • Identify systemic safety patterns across teams, shifts, or regions using side-by-side group benchmarking.
  • Spot trend volume and primary drivers at a glance with combined stacked bar and line charts.
  • Process high volumes of event records at scale using bulk edit operations to update multiple items in a single action.
  • Investigate incidents faster by isolating critical events with dedicated tabs for speeding, aggressive driving, and collisions.
Accessing your exception reports

The upgraded reporting experience is now active by default across all accounts. To explore your fleet's safety trends:

  • Navigate to Reports > Exceptions (or Events) from the main menu.
  • Select a focused category tab at the top of the page to review dedicated safety metrics.
  • Apply filters to compare drivers, assets, or groups across your organization.
Availability

Rollout begins in early August 2026.
