Knowing whether you can complete more work with existing assets or cut costs by removing unused vehicles allows you to maximize your fleet's value. Resellers can use these trend views during routine reviews to help clients identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize vehicle allocation.

• Export detailed utilization reports to Excel with daily sub-period breakdowns to apply your own custom calculation logic.

To start analyzing your equipment:

• Navigate to Asset Utilization from the main menu.
• Select the asset, asset type, or group you want to inspect.
• Adjust your date range to review historical trends or export your report to Excel.
