Enabling notifications for custom rules

Enabling notifications for custom rules! Let's get started. Navigate to the Rules page in MyGeotab by either clicking Groups & Rules, then Rules, or searching for Rules in the menu. Search for the rule to add a notification to. Click the pencil icon to add a notification. Click the Notifications tab. Click Add email to set up an email notification for the rule. Select if you want to send the default email template or a custom template you have created. Enter the recipient for the email. Click Add when finished. Click Add alert to add MyGeotab popup alerts. Select the type of alert. Select the Template and Urgent popup recipient, then click Add. Click Add driver feedback to add audio notifications. Please note that if you want the GO device to beep, you must also enable driver feedback on the asset itself. Select the type of driver feedback. Click More... to view additional notification options. Select from the additional options. Some options, such as Create Work Request, will have additional settings to select. Click Add when ready.
