Editing a planned route

Editing a planned route! Let's get started. Navigate to the Routes page in MyGeotab by either clicking Productivity, Routes, then Routes, or searching for Routes in the menu. The Routes page defaults to displaying only unplanned routes. Click Filters to find planned routes. Select the date period, set the route type to Planned, and choose the assets assigned to the route to narrow the results and find the planned route. Click Apply when ready to view the planned routes matching your set filters. Click the Name of the route to edit it. Click Show on map to open the planned route on the map, where you can add more stops. Click on the route. Select Edit route from the dropdown. You can modify the route by dragging existing waypoints or adding new waypoints with a click. Click Save in the top right when finished editing the route stops. Review the route for any other changes. You can update the description or comment, change the assigned asset, adjust the start date, reorder the route stops, or run the route optimization tool again if you added new stops. Click Save when finished editing the route. MyGeotab returns you to the map to review the updated route path and stops. Congratulations!
