Hello all. We are seeing Surfsight cameras rapidly going down and showing "Offline" within the last hour across every database I've checked. It's not all at once, but the cameras are going offline one after another a couple of minutes apart (or some at the same time) even when they're wired to constant hot. I've put in a ticket, but is anyone else seeing this?

Thank you for asking your question in our community. I did see a mention of another customer experiencing something similar within the last hour. Thank you for making a support ticket about this so our wider team can be made aware and we can start looking into this. I will update this post if I hear anything from our team about this.
