We are moving forward on performance improvements, which (if all goes well!) should be included in the next MyG release. I'm curious to learn more about how you are using ChargeEvent and hear any feedback you have. I'm the EV Product Manager behind this, so would welcome your feedback first hand. As <a href="/user/genevieve-bouchard-1051" data-id="1051" data-value="Genevieve-1051" data-denotation-char="@" class="text-decoration-none mention">@Genevieve-1051</a>​ indicated, we do have support for many BYD trucks and buses today, and BYD is a priority for additional model support such as passenger cars, as well as other EV types. BYD is popular for many of our EV customers, so we have a strong interest to expand support beyond what we have on the reference <a href="/user/genevieve-bouchard-1051" data-id="1051" data-value="Genevieve-1051" data-denotation-char="@" class="text-decoration-none mention">@Genevieve-1051</a>​ shared. We do have a full EV fleet management solution: https://www.geotab.com/fleet-management-solutions/electric-vehicles/

Has Geotab been decoded for BYD electrical vehicles?

Can the GO9 device detect the state of health of the battery? Can you integrate the data from other devices into the MyGeotab data base? Is an existing platform needed for integration with a 3rd party device?

With regards to EV battery state of health (SOH), we currently do not offer this calculation via MyGeotab. That said, I'm actively researching with our customers how and why they are interested, as we explore offering this in the future.Would you be open to coordinating a conversation with yourself and myself with your customer, so that I can ask a few questions and show some possible concepts of a solution with them for their feedback?
