Included in GoPlan and ProPlus subscription plans at no additional cost, Lost Mode delivers built-in security protection without requiring complex setup. Resellers can use this update to demonstrate tangible safety value, address client security concerns directly, and strengthen long-term account retention.

Activating Lost Mode automatically adjusts device behavior to protect your tracking capability while guiding you through next steps.

• Concealed tracking: Disables audible alerts and LED indicators on GO™ devices to prevent alerting a potential thief.
• Automated duration: Maintains optimized recovery tracking for 72 hours, with the option to reactivate whenever necessary.
• Updated asset navigation: Moves Restricted Data Mode into a dedicated dropdown menu on the Asset page for cleaner data management.

To activate Lost Mode during an incident:

• Navigate to Assets or Map from the main menu.
• Select the missing vehicle or asset.
• Click Lost Mode to start the recovery process.
