One of the core promises of GO Focus Plus and Video Coaching is to provide fleet managers and safety directors with tools to cut through operational chaos. We will be releasing a number of updates that aim to help drivers stay safe, happy, and productive on the road.

• Assigning drivers to vehicles is now easier with three new options: You can use manual identification via NFC fob or RFID card, passive AI recommendations with Smart Driver ID 1.0, or fully automated assignment using Smart Driver ID 2.0.
• New Driver Distraction score: Track the frequency of specific risky and non-risky driving events and measure the impact of your fleet’s voice and video coaching programs. This provides an easy-to-understand score from 0 to 100, based on a 30-day sliding window.
• Enhanced Coaching workflows: The updated **Coaching Overview **page now includes the new Driver Distraction Score and a new Driver Leaderboard. You can easily review what contributed to a fleet or driver's score, with quick access to corresponding events and videos in the Spotlight section.
• Expanded privacy features: Building on recent changes to Asset and Driver clearance settings, the GO Focus Plus now offers a full suite of in-cabin privacy options. This includes in-cabin camera lens covers and a new "lens as a sensor" capability where AI models and voice alerts remain active while all in-cabin video recording is disabled.

These updates streamline your workflows to save time and reduce confusion. By providing flexible driver assignment, clear scoring metrics, and robust privacy options, we help you maintain high safety standards without compromising on driver trust or operational efficiency.

This feature has begun rollout, and will be fully available to all users as of January, 2026.
