Viewing the trips history report

Viewing the trips history report! Let's get started. Click Productivity. Click Trips History. The system automatically displays the latest trips from your fleet. You can filter the list by Groups to only see trips by assets in the selected groups. In the top toolbar, you can also specify which Assets, Drivers, and Date range to view trips for. On each trip card, view the asset name, any assigned driver, and trip total values for the selected assets and dates. Underneath, view a quick summary with the trip start time and location, number of stops, and trip end time and location. Note that a stop is recorded when the asset ignition is turned off, or when the asset has a speed of less than 1 km/hr or 1 mi/hr for more than 200 seconds. Select a trip to display it on the map. Click the Expand trip icon to see each trip segment. Hover over a segment to see it highlighted on the map. Click the show replay icon to see a visual demonstration of the trip. You can replay the trip and adjust the Playback speed in the control bar at the bottom of the screen. On the map, small arrows indicate the asset's direction during the trip. Hover over the trip to see additional details such as speed, time, and exceptions. Click the ellipses icon to view additional options for a segment. From the menu, you can edit the asset's details, assign a driver to the trip, show the asset's speed profile, and show log data and collisions. If you want to export the data, click Reports in the top right. Select which report to download to your device. Reports are available in Excel or PDF format. Congratulations!
