i sold sold a truck with a device and a camera but now im trying to put the camera in a differant truck but it tells me that the camera is still paired with the last truck. so how doi disconnect ( unpair) the camera.

Thank you fort asking your question in our community. You will need to find the asset it was previously paired with in MyGeotab and then unpair it. This will allow you to pair it to a new asset. If you go to your assets page and the find the asset it was assigned to you can click on it and go to the Device and Settings tab. Here you should see the camera under other devices.

If you go to the camera page in Assets and input the IMEI, you should be able to select the new vehicle name
