When I try to change a user from Basic to MyAdmin authentication, the MyAdmin type is grayed out and cannot be selected. How can we make that change?

If you go to add a new account do you have the option at that point to choose between Basic and MyAdmin reseller.? I have seen in the past where a user was setup originally as a basic user after registering a database. The only way I could correct it was to remove and re add the user. While setting up the new account I was then able to choose the reseller authentication type and it corrected the issue. Is it an option to try re adding the user if you have not already tried that.?

Is the user in question setup in MyAdmin,?
The user must first be registered on the MyAdmin site before that setting can be modified for the user. I hope this helps.

It works with a new account. We were just hoping to avoid having to delete and re-add users. Thanks!
Is it possible to add users with MyAdmin authentication using the bulk edit tool? There does not seem to be that option.
I do not believe so. We can wait and see if anyone in the community knows of a importer or edit tool that can do that. Sorry I cant be more help with that.
