I agree, the new Trips History page is a big step backwards, it feels like they changed stuff just to mess with my muscle memory.

New Trip history page showing trip according by driver and not chronological order

The only way to do this is to use a custom report. You'll need to set the report look at the last hour's worth of data, set it to run as often as possible, and then change the SendReport field in the report template to use a formula that will resolve to True only if there are 3 exceptions or more. This way it'll only send the report if there are 3 exceptions in an hour and ignore it if there aren't 3 exceptions. So for example, set the report to run like this: And then set the SendReport field to something like:
=IF(COUNTA(A12:A14)>3,TRUE,FALSE)

I've noticed that the label on the Asset page seems to have a bug and still shows up, even when the device has been reactivated. As far as I can tell, the device works fine, it just has the label that it's suspended.

If I recall correctly, if the GO unit has the ignition on, it takes about 10 minutes of no comms for it to show offline. If the ignition is off, then it takes over 24 hours to show offline.

@BPennAU It depends on how the device is installed but usually if it's installed via OBD then the device is looking for an RPM value from the truck. If the RPM is 0 then it'll register as ignition off and the device will go to sleep. If the RPM is higher than 0 then it'll register as ignition on and start tracking idling hours.

"I noticed that when I try and give him data access to the 2 groups of assets, once I save and go back into his profile.... the data access says none selected." If you're trying to give someone access to a group, you need to put them into the group, not just the Data Access field. If you just select the Data Access field then you'll get the below error message:

@EChan-1748 The GO10 device has a "Last Gasp" ability but the GO9 doesn't, the GO9 just turns off when the power is removed (providing you're not using an IOX-Battery).

Also worth noting that with the change that sets driver changes to end a trip, that graph is out of date now.

Hi @RReye-10434 If you're looking to add duration to a rule for when a device loses power then you should use the Engine Measurement "Device power change (1. Powered)" for the condition. That will allow you to add a duration to the rule and the exception report will include the duration that the device lost power. This is an example for a rule that will only trigger if the device has lost power for more than 10 minutes:
And(
IsValueLessThan[value=1](
FilterStatusDataByDiagnostic[diagnostic=DiagnosticDevicePowerChangeId]
),
DurationLongerThan[time=10m],
)

Is it possible to create a notification when a GO device loses communication?

I had a quick look through the debug log for a vehicle travelling out of coverage, and when it goes out of coverage it shows up as 'GprsSendingDataTimeout', along with a bunch of other messages:

@EishiFUN I think the way the rules work is that it triggers the email notification immediately as soon as the conditions are met, and if the Event goes on long enough, it will also send another email notification when the Event ends. We used to have a lot of conversations with customers that had a duress rule that would trigger when an auxiliary was engaged and in a lot of those cases, due to power loss or the button being left engaged, they would get a notification when the Event ended, with the timestamp of when it first triggered. Since it would often be hours or days later, the clients would often think that the notification was delayed and we'd get them to go through their emails to prove it also sent an email when the Event first triggered.

Do notifications should come at start or at the end of an exception?

I took a quick look and I could only find the below engine diagnostics which all appear to indicate when the lights are on, rather than them not working.
Brake warning light (1. On)
Headlight light status (-1. Unknown, 0. Off, 1. On)
Tail lights status (0. Off, 1. On)
Vehicle light switch (0. Off, 1. Automatically on, 2. Low beam on, 3. Parking light on)

For example, the IOX-Iridium only actually connects software side when the ignition is turned on, so there can be a significant difference between it being installed, and it actually connecting.

How is the date that an iox was installed determined?
