Hi @thubui , it's Dane from Whip Around. Great questions, this sounds exactly like something that we can support. Whip Around users can require mandatory photos and videos as part of an inspection without needing to be associated with a defect. We store the forms and photos indefinitely in the cloud and you can export them anytime via API, downloadable PDF, or even create an external link to access the document online. Although most of our team is located in the US, Whip Around was founded in New Zealand and we still have plenty of active customers in Australia and NZ today. If you have more questions or would like to discuss pricing, onboarding, and user management, please feel free to send over an email and I would be happy to help! dane.hollar@whiparound.com @EishiFUN thanks for the heads up!

Fuel Tracker Add-in

Hey Community, I have a customer asking about any Geotab Marketplace solutions that "requires/forces the driver to complete a DVIR". I know Geotab has some nice reporting regarding 'Missed DVIRs' & "Unassigned Vehicles' to help coach the drivers on logging in and completing their inspections but has anyone used a 3rd party solution (maybe WhipAround, RTA, etc) that "forces" driver's to complete their DVIRs? Thanks in advance for any info!

DVIR Compliance/Marketplace Solutions

I would like to know if there are any immediate plans to allow the Raven connected integration with Geotab in Canada in the future, and rough timelines of this if so. Really hoping to have this available soon as I have aquired a company with an existing fleet with Raven, and already had an existing fleet running Geotab.

Will the Raven Connected Add-In be available in Canada?

Hi Everyone, Is there anyway to open an Add-ins page in geotab in standalone? What url should i use? Thanks

Is there anyway to open an Add-ins page in geotab in standalone?

Hello, I am attempting to display my organizations vehicles on a map based on the group they are assigned to within GeoTab. I have a list of vehicles that are assigned to multiple groups. Ex: One truck may be in the Vehicles group and in our Meter group. See below. The bold group items listed under the vehicle seems to be setting the symbology within our ZenduMaps application. I am unable to assign a specific group of Vehicle and a sub group and get consistent symbology on the map. Am I misunderstanding how to assign groups to a vehicle? Should Vehicle be higher in the hierarchy and meter would be a subgroup? Also, are there additional symbol style options available for ZenduMaps? It would be great to have the same truck symbol for all groups but have different colors of trucks based on a group.
