Cold chain dashboard

Cold chain dashboard! Let's get started. Navigate to the Cold Chain page in MyGeotab by either selecting Compliance, then Cold Chain, or searching for Cold Chain in the menu. You can search for a particular asset by name, VIN, or serial number. Filter the data displayed in the table by built-in groups, user groups, or advanced conditions. The Cold Chain group is selected by default. Select Filters to further refine the list. Use Groups to display assets from specific database groups. You can use the Refrigeration unit status filter to find assets with refrigeration turned On. Set the Cargo temperature zone filters to match the assets or conditions you want to review. When ready, apply the selected filters to update the list. Select the gear icon to adjust the columns shown in the table so you can focus on the data most relevant to your review. Toggle the checkboxes to choose which columns appear. The table updates as you change your selections. The faults and events cards at the top show how many assets triggered each item in the past 24 hours, even if the issue has since been resolved. Enabling Cold Chain rules can show up to three temperature alert cards, with one alert for each temperature zone. Use the status indicators to understand the current communication and movement status of each asset, either Driving, Stopped, or Not communicating. Use the ringing bell and caution icons to identify Faults and Events in the table. Select the asset name to open the asset details view and investigate a specific asset. Review the asset details for additional context, and view the asset's location on the map as it updates in real time. Select the Options menu icon to explore additional actions for the selected asset, including diagnostics and report generation. Select Diagnostics data profile to gain deeper insight into the asset's performance and health. Select Back to return to the previous view and explore other assets or data sets. Open the Options menu for the selected asset again. Select Cold Chain commands. This option appears when commands are supported by the refrigeration unit in the asset. If commands are available, you can adjust them as needed. Supported commands will not be greyed out. Congratulations! You've completed this tutorial for the Cold Chain dashboard.
