Hello!
It's possible that the fleet or device administrator has changed the default PIN, which should indeed be 3333 according to the user guide (https://kb.surfsight.net/hc/en-us/articles/360019637600-Set-and-manage-your-dashcam-PIN). However, there is a PIN that is typically used by default for drivers, according to official documentation, which is 2112. Just for the record, this PIN only allows viewing recordings or live video, but not for configuration.

There is an additional option in Surfsight documentation that suggests the code 8888.

If these options are unsuccessful, it's a good idea to check with the provider or fleet administrator to verify if the PIN has been changed.
Regards!
