Is there a way to force a sync on a Go Anywhere device? Or do I have to wait 24 hours? No access to physical device

Hi! As the tittle says, I got at least 10x Go Anywhere devices that aren't reporting frequently, sometimes they start reporting for a few hours then they stop doing so, I've enabled High Frequency mode on some of them which makes them report then stop for a while (all have high battery %)

I've seen that on some of them I have to wait for a sync for them to update settings (as I'm testing different configurations), is there a way to force a sync through the API or do I really need to wait 24 hours every time I want to test a new config?

Hello @ARodr-8155 ,

Than you for asking your question in our community. I asked our GO Anywhere team about this and they told me "There is no way to force a message from GO Anywhere1 or Go anywhere Plus. You have to wait for the next call in for any configuration to go through. As FYI: the Next Gen GO Anywhere will have the ability for "Locate Now" (i.e. force a ping). If your current devices are set to Movement Immediate Mode, you could drive it around to force it to call in a Trip start message. Lastly, you do have an option for Timed mode too. Highest frequency there is every 8 hours (better than 24)."
