Hi @thubui , it's Dane from Whip Around. Great questions, this sounds exactly like something that we can support. Whip Around users can require mandatory photos and videos as part of an inspection without needing to be associated with a defect. We store the forms and photos indefinitely in the cloud and you can export them anytime via API, downloadable PDF, or even create an external link to access the document online. Although most of our team is located in the US, Whip Around was founded in New Zealand and we still have plenty of active customers in Australia and NZ today. If you have more questions or would like to discuss pricing, onboarding, and user management, please feel free to send over an email and I would be happy to help! dane.hollar@whiparound.com @EishiFUN thanks for the heads up!

Hi @HLui-1390 , Dane from Whip Around here! We are an integrated marketplace solution specializing in custom DVIR functionality. I saw your post and I think this may be something we can help with. Our app ties the driver inspection to the vehicle itself so multiple drivers can access it for things like yard moves without triggering additional missed inspection alerts. If I can answer any questions, feel free to reach out! My contact information is on my profile.

Hi @AArna-1532 , I'm Dane from Whip Around, nice to meet you! We are an integrated marketplace partner that specializes in mobile fleet management. This sounds like the perfect use case for our Wallet feature. Fleets can use Wallet to upload documentation which can be assigned to both driver profiles and asset profiles to be accessed whenever needed. Whip Around also lives within the Geotab Drive App, which makes logging in easy for your drivers. Our Wallet can be used for anything from materials handling instructions to vehicle registrations, insurance documentation, even things like driver certifications and fitness evaluations. Here's a link to a short video about this tool, feel free to DM if you have any questions! https://whiparound.com/whip-around-wallet/

Is it possible to keep files/special instructions in Geotab drive app?

Hi @aaspa-1524 Great question! This might be something that Whip Around can help with. We are an integrated marketplace partner that specializes in custom inspection and maintenance software. Our solution integrates right into the Drive App and gives you the ability to make photos mandatory even if an item passes inspection. I hope this helps! Feel free to DM me if you'd like to learn more. Dane
