Good day. We have installed a GO9-Rugged device into one of our graders coupled with the IOX-WRKS cable to be able to monitor blade up and down positions. We are having an issue where we are not receiving the 12/24v supply down the red wire. We have hooked the signal wire to aux 6. I am wondering if we have missed something during set-up/activation. We are new customers to GEOTAB so any information would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Just a thought but....Have you selected the correct AUX in the MyGeotab, Assets, Device &amp; Settings? There's a list of AUX connections that need to be toggled on for the correct one you're using. <img class="ql-image" src="/forum/plugins/gcs-uploads/files/1793077353038-image.png" />
