Has anyone had issues logging into the Geotab video app via a tablet? On an apple phone my driver can move between video app and the drive app dashboards. On an apple ipad pro if the driver tries to go back to the video app from the dashboards they get a message 'your session has expired and you will need to log in again".
The settings on both devices appear to match, any suggestions on what could be the issue?
